Q1. Can I have a sample order?

Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What is the minimum quantity request?

1pc for sample checking is available.

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q4. How to deal with the faulty?

Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.

Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new items with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on the products?

Yes, we have two ways to add logo:

  • Laser logo image on the surface of metal products
  • Print logo or engrave logo

Usually required to meet minimum order quantity.

Q6. Can you do customized designs?

Yes we can do customized designs. You need to communicate with our sales about how you do it in detail, including:

  • Photo or draft for well describe the item you need (the more clear the better)
  • Product type (aroma jewelry / Perfume tester tools / perfumable ceramic / perfume stripe paper / car diffuser clip / travel perfume atomizer etc.)
  • Product color
  • Size (normally length, width or thickness depends on the design)
  • Logo and clear photo for logo
  • Package (we pack individually with no logo package if without your special request)
